The connector (essentially the configured port of the connector) is already 'bound' on Port
9000
You want to determine who is bound on that port such as 
ps -ef | grep 9000
and eradicate the process using the Pid or 
for a more complete solution 
cycle the Tomcat server

I tried to run tomcat 5.0 on my machine but it is giving the following
