You need to provide a mapping for your servlets in web.xml, e.g.

  <servlet>
    <servlet-name>LoginServlet</servlet-name>
    <servlet-class>UserConfig.login</servlet-class>
  </servlet>
  <servlet-mapping>
    <servlet-name>LoginServlet</servlet-name>
    <url-pattern>/login</url-pattern>
  </servlet-mapping>
