Thanks, but I have been perhaps not clear about that.
Everything is declared properly, i.e. with both an
identical setup and dir content 
http://localhost/all_local and http://localhost:8080/all_local
as well as 
http://localhost/NFSshare and http://localhost:8080/NFSshare 
work fine, and also
http://localhost/SMBshare, but 
http://localhost:8080/SMBshare doesn't.
