Check the MIME type mapping in your web app's web.xml. For instance, add 
this in webapp/WEB-INF/web.xml:

  <mime-mapping>
    <extension>wmv</extension>
    <mime-type>video/x-ms-wmv</mime-type>
  </mime-mapping>
