Subject Configuration error

When I´m doing all the things that they put to do to configure the ssl
apache tomcat Server, an error occurs.  When I´m importing my new
certificate it puts: “keytool error: java.lang.Exception: No chain for the
response”. Why ?? Someone knows what can I do??
