Why does 4.x have:
HTTP/1.1 200 
Server: Microsoft-IIS/5.0

and 5.x have:
HTTP/1.1 200 OK
Server: Apache-Coyote/1.1


Are you fronting 4.x with IIS, and not 5.x?  That is one config difference
that you'll need to dispense with, in order to be fairly comparing the two.
