Subject inmemory tomcat container is not getting created on Apache[Apache/2.0.48 (Win32) mod_jk2/2.0.4] Server

i started apache Apache/2.0.48 (Win32) mod_jk2/2.0.4 Server, Can
anyone suggest me to solve this issue?

THe following error appears:
