Subject multiple seperate hosts issue

I think I almost have it.  However I seem to be coming up a 
weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee bit short.
I get a 500 error when I try and connect to one of the setups.  http://dm vs 
http://dm2.

Some errors in the logs files are a bit odd, to me.
