the config part in web.xml:
<error-page>
        <error-code>404</error-code>
        <location>/errorPage.html</location>
</error-page>

<error-page>
        <error-code>403</error-code>
        <location>/errorPage.html</location>
</error-page>

for 404, my errorpage.html is dispalyed
for 403, the following page is displayed.
