Then what you want to do is comment out the Coyote Connectors in your server.xml, they are
not required.

The only connector you require is the standard http one.

It looks something like this, although this is taken from a tomcat 5 server.xml

<Connector port="8080" maxThreads="150" minSpareThreads="25" maxSpareThreads="75" enableLookups="false"
redirectPort="8443" acceptCount="100" debug="0" connectionTimeout="20000" disableUploadTimeout="true"/>

The webserver is Tomcat only.

(Apache is installed on that machine though, but I never start it)
