Hi Rajagopalan,
                 It seems you settiing issue with ur browser. Make 
sure to enable "Bypass proxy  server for local addressess" in your 
LAN Settings which is present in Internet Options in your browser. 
U must check other setting like proxy in this option. Let me know 
if u have any issue.
