Subject RE: Problem with custom error pages for Error 500 - Workaround ?
Date Wed, 28 Apr 2004 12:42:57 GMT
Sorry Frank, I wasn't very clear was I. What I was saying was that in my
case the custom error page was throwing an exception causing an error 500 to
appear rather than showing the custom error page. I am not saying this is
the case with your problem, but it is possible.

What I am suggesting is going through your custom error jsp page and check
that there is no possibility that it won't throw any exceptions.

Matt

Hi Matt,

I'm not sure I understood. You mean problem is the jsp creates an
exception or should I make it do that?

My problem is not about not having error 500 pages. but when I have them I
want my custom error page shown.
