A bug introduced in 4.1.29 causes problems with SVGs (and a similar 
problem for PDF's).

See http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=24970 for a 
description and patch for 4.1.29.  You can download a patched .class 
file as well; read the bug log for directions.
