This has appeared on the list before. Without being 100% (better search the
list) it 
had to do with the fact, that the person having the issues was using a JK2
binary...
Don't take my word though, search the list.

Have somebody ever had problem with request parameters ?
I am using Tomcat 4.1.29 com JK2.
Sometimes my request parameters are disappearing.
Did somebody already have this problem ?
