Subject RE: Need to restart Tomcat in order to deploy a new .war

And if I just put the new .war version file in the deployment folder,
without doing anything else, the new version shouldn't be deployed
automaticaly? and I should be able to redeploy from the manager app with
the reload operation. Is this correct?
