Subject Wha's the meaning of this error mod_jk ?

I am making several test and installing mod_jk on apache 1.3.
I change to directory:
/software/jakarta-tomcat-connectors-4.1.29-src/jk/native#
#./configure --with-apxs=/usr/local/apach13/bin/apxs --with-java-home=/usr/java131 --with-tomcat41=/software/jakarta-tomcat-4.1.29
#/usr/linux/bin/make

What is wrong ?
