"Welcome to netbeans.org, the project that develops NetBeans IDE, the full-featured integrated
environment for Java Developers and NetBeans Platform, the widely adopted infrastructure backplane
for complex desktop applications."

They (netbeans.org) don't have "Sun One Studio 4.0" but they have Netbeans 3.5.1. Or, you
get a "bundle" of the latest Java with Netbeans 3.5.1 at http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/download.html.
