MS Access = bad bridge driver = bad

If you must use MS Access, you will need a bridge driver.  The best you can 
do is a Type 3 driver, like the one at easysoft.com.

If that isn't an option, the Type 1 bridge driver is part of the Java 2 
SDK: package sun.jdbc.odbc.  Check the SDK docs.
