I commented out each in turn and it does not matter which I use the error still happens :(

It's ridiculous because I have followed every single set of instructions to the very letter
and it does not work.

Someone out there must know what

"The specified module could not be found."

which is what I get in Internet Explorer when I request my JSP through IIS. The IIS logs still
show Error 500 for the ISAPI dll.

Ok, according to this you've got 2 connectors on port 8009 ?
That's one to many ...
