Just tried it out, works great on both windows and linux. Thanks!

Why it did not work on linux, but on windows , I still don't know ;-)

Comes with tomcat.
Library is in $CATALINA_HOME\common\lib\jasper-runtime.jar

In your ide (if you are using one) just mount the jar or directory. If
from the command line just include that path in your class path.
