Subject Re: is there advantage in using server jvm vs. hotspot for Tomcat?
Date Sun, 27 Apr 2003 13:24:53 GMT
Our experience with the server JVM showed that for our web application
it runs significantly faster (~20%),
but it also crash very fast under heavy or medium load ...

My advice: don't use it unless you can test your app under heavy load.

Aymeric.

as the subject says, is there any advantage in using server JVM vs.
hotspot
JVM for Tomcat?

thanks,
Vlad
