Yeah, I had the same problem.  libapr-0 doesn't exist (it's libapr).  Not 
sure if this is the best way to handle it but, after running ./configure, 
change into the
./server/apache2 directory, find the line that looks like

JK_LDFLAGS=-L${APACHE2_LIBDIR} -lcrypt -lapr-0

and change it to

JK_LDFLAGS=-L${APACHE2_LIBDIR} -lcrypt -lapr

then run make.  Better solutions are welcome.
