just install several version of tomcat like

c:\tomcat\jakarta-tomcat-5
c:\tomcat\jakarta-tomcat-4.24.1-A
c:\tomcat\jakarta-tomcat-4.24.1-B

and then under each conf/ directory, modify the port numbers in the
server.xml
