Date Thu, 10 Apr 2003 16:50:05 GMT
try this way

<VirtualHost ip_addr:80>
  DocumentRoot "/www/htdocs/some_dir/"
  ServerName www.apache.foo.com
  ServerAlias apache.foo.com
  JkMount /webapp/* jsp

</VirtualHost>

And make sure that you have commented out DocumentRoot outside the
virtualhost tags
and let me know the result

Hi.

> will it be possible for you to send me the httpd.conf ?

I can send you part of httpd.conf - it is all I have about mod_jk (and
of course loadmodule and addmodule)

JkWorkersFile /etc/httpd/conf/workers.properties
JkOptions +ForwardKeySize +ForwardURICompatUnparsed -ForwardDirectories

And part of virtual host definition

<VirtualHost ip_addr:80>
  ServerName www.apache.foo.com
  ServerAlias apache.foo.com
    JkMount /webapp/* jsp
    JkMount /* jsp

    DocumentRoot "/www/htdocs/some_dir/"
</VirtualHost>

My workers.properties
worker.list= jsp
worker.jsp.type=ajp13

worker.jsp.host=tomcat.foo.com
worker.jsp.port=8009
worker.jsp.socket_keepalive=1
worker.jsp.socket_timeout=120

Best regards
Krzysztof
