Subject JavaMail Session Resources; how do I specifiy authentication?
Date Fri, 31 Jan 2003 18:02:23 GMT
I have configured in my server.xml (Tomcat 4.18 on Windows 2000 Server
sp3):

<GlobalNamingResources>
  <Resource name="mail/session" auth="Container"
type="javax.mail.Session"/>
    <ResourceParams name="mail/session">
      <parameter>
        <name>mail.smtp.host</name>
        <value>InternalMailServer</value>
      </parameter>
    </ResourceParams>
</GlobalNamingResources>

In my context I have a <ResourceLink..> to it.
It works okay, but I can't send mail outside of my domain because we
have relay disabled for anonymous users. How do I specify the name and
password to login to the SMTP server?
