Subject RE: Placement of Java Bean [fixed typo]

Placing the class in the package seemed to do the trick and now I am
debugging code for the page that is supposed to follow.

I agree with Jason.
The other thing may be to do an import of the class(bean). Since your'er
error msg errors on line2 it suggests you may 
not have that import.
