No need to bust out the sledgehammer when a light tap will do. All you need
is a META tag in the head of your index.html...

<META HTTP-EQUIV="Refresh" CONTENT="0; URL=index.jsp">

The client browser will take care of resolving/translating "index.jsp" to
"http://some.domain.com/index.jsp"
