Set CATALINA_HOME=D:\DevelopmentSystem\jakarta-tomcat-4.1.10 and tried to
start Tomcat.  Same result - ClassNotFound on the JKCoyoteHandler.....

(Set the environment var. in the DOS window, in the System environment
dialog, - same results....)
