Subject taglib jar exception

Hi,

I'am running jakarta-tomcat-4.1.9-LE-jdk14,
I have this Exception
org.apache.jasper.JasperException: null(-1,-1) This absolute uri 
(http://java.sun.com/products/javamail/demo/webapp) cannot be resolved 
in either web.xml or the jar files deployed with this application

here is my web.xml
