Subject RE: Easy to read HOWTO's or anything similar?

I've done that, and i've gotten a fair bit on the way now, I've managed to
make a server.xml that allows the server to startup at least :)
But while the comments in the default server.xml file give some hints, they
don't really tell you too much about the details.

Normally, I'd simply get a book about Tomcat, but it seems like most books
are on their way rather than avilable now, such as O'Reilly's The Definitve
Guide.

I finally found a decently easy to read article at Onlamp though, which
attempts to explain the relationship between the various elements in the
server.xml file, basically it's sort of a bit more verbose version of the
comments in the default server.xml.

Thanks for the replies people :)
Johan

The server.xml that comes with Tomcat itself is pretty well documented. Why
don't you just step through that and read the comments?
