Subject mod_webapp filtering based on extension
Date Wed, 17 Apr 2002 11:19:08 GMT
hi,

i am using apache 2.0.35 and tomcat 4.0.3 on solaris 2.6 connected
together by mod_webapp. everything is working fine but i need to have
dynamic and static content in one directory (*.jsp and
*.html/gif/...) files.

only two extensions should go to tomact the other extensions should be
handled by apache. how do i achieve that?

i know of the patch that does allow to exclude some extensions from being
forwarded but actually i need the opposite (and would love to have this as
a standard option and not as a patch as this will get me into trouble when
i am deploying my application).

bye,
 georg
