Hello Eric,

What JDK are you using?  If you are using JDK1.4, there is no such
thing as "%JAVA_HOME%\jre\bin\classic\jvm.dll".  With 1.4, you have a
choice between "client" and "server".  JDK1.3.1 still has "classic",
