If you could use the allow from in Apache you can limit your IPs that can
access a certain port, or virtual host. Look at the Apache documentation in
the mod_allow.

Subject: IP Enter

Hi all,

I have a question. I'm using tomcat 4.0.2 with apache 1.3.23: I'd like to
be
able to receive requests only from four IPs. Now I 'm doing it in the
servlet
but it would be better if there is some configuration to set in tomcat.

How can I do this with Tomcat?

Thanks for your help

Laura
