I recall that parser.jar (JAXP 1.0.1) was replaced by
crimson.jar (JAXP 1.1) in Tomcat 3.2.4.  It is likely
that some files may not have been updated to account
for that change.  I wouldn't be supprised if
wrapper.properties still had parser.jar.
