Subject Can't shut down Tomcat-4.0
Date Thu, 14 Feb 2002 00:30:44 GMT
Hi,
I was able to start the Tomcat-4.0 ( it looked different from tomcat-3.2.1, maybe it's normal
).
When I try to shutdown, it does not and I'm getting this:

C:\jakarta-tomcat-4.0\bin>shutdown
Using CATALINA_BASE: ..
Using CATALINA_HOME: ..
Using CLASSPATH: ..\bin\bootstrap.jar;C:jdk1.3\lib\tools.jar
Using JAVA_HOME: C:jdk1.3
Bad command or file name
C:\jakarta-tomcat-4.0\bin>

It does find "shutdown.bat" but then tells "bad command or file name"

What am I doing wrong?

Please, help.

Thanks,
Galina
