Will using other type of drivers help ? Microsoft has come out with a JDBC
driver which is in Beta stage right now.

	It is.  The most common reason people have frequent crashes on
Windows with Tomcat is that they are using the JDBC-ODBC bridge.  This
component is not thread safe and will present problems in most any
application, but the problem is enhanced on multi-user server products like
Tomcat.
