Note that while tomcat.bat can build the CLASSPATH setting
from the jars found in TOMCAT_HOME/lib, the classpath is
specified explicitly in wrapper.properies.  Review the
"wrapper.class_path" entries in wrapper.properties to see
if any updates are needed.
