I'm a Windows user, but I would expect you could do something
like:

/usr/java130/bin/jar -tf /usr/local/jakarta/jakarta-tomcat-3.3/lib/tomcat.jar

and maybe just:

jar -tf /usr/local/jakarta/jakarta-tomcat-3.3/lib/tomcat.jar
