Subject RE: editing apps-admin.xml doesn't "take" in RPM'd tomcat 3.3

To verify that apps-*.xml is being read, try copying
apps-admin.xml to apps-admin2.xml and modify the
path to be "admin2" and trusted set to "true".
Is the admin2 web application accessible?
