I believe the stdout.log is used by the jk_nt_service.exe when
running Tomat as a service.  I am not aware of a way to
redirect stdout other than to modify the tomcat.bat to do the
redirection.  The standard Tomcat 3.3 log output may be
sent to a log file by modifying the server.xml.
