There are a couple of options.  Other app considerations,
however, may make either or both unacceptable.

1) Use servlet mapping to map everything to a control
servlet and determine there what to allow access to and
what response to provide:
    <servlet-mapping>
        <servlet-name>MyController</servlet-name>
        <url-pattern>/*</url-pattern>
    </servlet-mapping>

2) Move the pages elsewhere.  If you really want to make 
sure they will generate "not found" then put them under 
WEB-INF.
