Yep, tomcat 3.2.x does not support http/1.1.
See thread "Post data truncation with tomcat 3.2.3" I posted yesterday.
Either use tomcat 3.2.x with Apache or IIS which does support http/1.1, or
use tomcat 4.0 which also supports http/1.1 stand-alone.
