Subject RE: Connecting Tomcat to Apache
Date Tue, 04 Sep 2001 15:24:41 GMT
This fils is the module to enable Apache to redirect calls to Tomcat.
Normaly this file has to be in the modules\ subdirectory of your apache
directory. It's notice in the installation process that you have to put it
there.

All

Have installed Apache 1.3.20 and Tomcat 3.2.3 onto a Windows 2000
Professional operating system.

When attempting to start Apache after connecting the two (following the
recommended instructions in Tomcat-Apache HOWTO document) it complains
correctly that

Syntax error on line 1 of
c:/apache/jakarta-tomcat-3.2.3/conf/tomcat-apache.conf
:
Cannot load c:/apache/apache/modules/apachemodulejserv.dll into server:
(126) Th
e specified module could not be found:

Indeed this file does not exist on the computer anywhere! Where can this
file be found?

Thanks

...Stuart
