I think he means how you set the IP address the server should listen to on a
multi-homed host.

if this is the case I'm not sure you can do it in Tomcat 3.2.1

if it is possible it would look something like this

        <Connector className="org.apache.tomcat.service.PoolTcpConnector">
            <Parameter name="handler"

value="org.apache.tomcat.service.http.HttpConnectionHandler"/>
            <Parameter name="port"
                value="8080"/>
            <Parameter name="address"
                value="209.233.3.2"/>
        </Connector>
