ANT.jar was not in the class path. (Duh!)

	I put the XML and SSL jars in a directory of the JDK. I think it was
/ext. If I read the doco correctly the compiler will look there before it
checks the CLASSPATH. 

	I was pretty boggled at that stage so I could have easily missed
one. I'll check it out tonight.
