Set them up in the web.xml file in teh WEB-INF dir for your app:

<servlet-name>
  myname
</servlet-name>
<servlet-class>
  MyServlet
</servlet-class>

<servlet-mapping>
  <servlet-name>
    myname
  </servlet-name>
  <url-pattern>
    /myname
  </url-pattern>
</servlet-mapping>

Have a look at web.xml in the examples/WEB-INF dir to see how to set it up.
