in the TOMCAT_HOME/conf/server.xml file you can add your own contexts

		<Context path="/DATASHEETS" 
			docBase="c:/DATASHEETS" 
			crossContext="false" 
			debug="0" 
			reloadable="false" > 
		</Context>
