in your server.xml somewhere

        <Connector
className="org.apache.tomcat.service.PoolTcpConnector">
            <Parameter name="handler"

            <Parameter name="port" 
                value="8080"/>
        </Connector>

change the port 8080 to 80. btw this question has been
ask ages ago if you have some more questions try
looking at the archive first ;)
