just a guess, but if 'http://127.0.0.1/img/hello test.jpg' doesn't
work what if you try:
'http://127.0.0.1/img/hello+test.jpg' 
or
'http://127.0.0.1/img/hello%20test.jpg' 

i'm guessing tomcat assumes (as HTTP protocol says it should) the a
space marks the end of the URL
