Subject RE: Best IDE for Servlet Development?

Is this the free version. 'cos the one which is free 
supported only jdk 1.1.8. I wanted to use visual Age 3.0 which
is free for Linux, but since it supports only jdk1.1.8, i don't
want to use it. Is version 3.5 free for Linux?
